A Waving Flag
A waving flag calls for duty,
for one to share being with others.
A waving flag bid farewell,
for one to be free.
Out to the world one travels,
to the universe one belongs.
Homes are shelter of many places,
wherever body and soul respite,
for another day is another journey.
And so many other flags one will find,
on the land of heart,
they stay, and they wave as one.
